- Goods sold as per order are not returnable or exchangeable, except in the event of:
- The product has exceeded its expiry date upon receipt by customer;
- You have received the wrong product;
- You have received product with physical damage (broken, and/or spilled product).
- If you wish to return the product, please send an email (with photos of the product) email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the product, to enable us to assess the return claim.
- In the event of approved return claim, we will send you replacement of the affected product.
- Once payment has been made, our system will process the order and is unable to make any changes. So, do check your cart before you complete the order.
- Once payment has been made, no refund will be provided except in the event of us unable to process your order for any reason whatsoever, in which event, we will refund your payment via the same channel in which the payment is made.
