Shipping Information and Policy

  • We currently delivery within Malaysia only:
    • West Malaysia: 3 – 7 working days*
    • East Malaysia: 7 – 14 working days*
  • We are using third party delivery services. If your delivery address is out of delivery zone, we will not be able to process your order. In such an event occur, we will refund your payment via the same channel in which the payment has been made.
  • We will not be able to deliver to P.O.Box and Felda areas.
  • You may track your delivery using the tracking number provided for your order.
  • Please provide your phone number, additional directions and/or information on how to reach you, to assist the delivery process.
  • Our delivery service provider will follow their procedure to send the parcel to you. Do contact them to arrange for re-delivery within the specified time. In the event of any unclaimed parcel, the product will be returned to us. The return delivery costs (if any) shall be borne by the customer. No refund will be provided.
